Many people such as these are rotting in prisons. Others are municipal officials and their backers.<BR/><BR/>We citizens have our own apathetic neglect of our civic responsibilities to blame for allowing these destuctive entities to gain a foothold in our community. We will do penance by suffering further Draconian tactics by this administration and by losing revenue to pay their exorbitant legal fees and ours.<BR/><BR/>Each day that goes by brings additional abuse to competant, loyal and honest Overland employees.
