Those who have regularly attended a meeting know that roll call, pledge, et all can be a bit boring and repetitive.  If I wanted a smoke or potty break, that might be the best time to do it and not miss much. &lt;BR/&gt;ORT has proven they can cherry pick numbers in the past (eg Chief's salary).
