"Get out of jail free" cards available (sorta)
It's more like get out of jail at a reduced price but it's still a great deal.
The Overland Municipal Court is offering a Warrant Amnesty Program from June 11th to August 31st, 2007.
Do you have an unresolved issue in Overland? No reason to drive around with the worry of being stopped and arrested anymore. Just get in touch with the court and get the issue resolved ASAP. For more information you can view the Municipal Court Press Release. You can also contact the Court at: (314) 428-1224, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you've had an outstanding issue that you were not sure how to resolve the court just gave you an out so take advantage of it. If you don't contact the court you'll still risk being taken into custody, have to post bond, etc. during this time period.
I know the jail looked pretty spiffy when Tim Ezell was in locked up in there but I would not advise treating it like an extended stay hotel if you can avoid it.

I was thinking more along the lines of why didn't they have these when we were kids!
Yea, as a kid I could have used that, but as a member of the USA Navy I would have killed for a few dozen international versions. :-)
